Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with us. To keep our operations efficient and our pricing fair for every customer, we operate on a strict no return and no exchange basis once an order is placed and confirmed, except where we are legally required to provide a remedy. Please read this policy carefully before you complete your purchase.

2. All sales are final

Every piece is inspected before dispatch. Because jewellery is intimate, often customised, and sensitive to wear and handling, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing preferences discovered after delivery, or stylistic reasons once the order has shipped or been handed over to the courier.

3. No exchanges

We do not offer exchanges—including for alternate sizes, colours, finishes, or different products. If you wish to purchase another item, you may place a new order subject to availability. Promotional pricing or offers from a previous order cannot be carried over to a new one.

4. Order changes before shipping

If you need to correct a shipping address or notice a mistake immediately after payment, contact us at shreehastjewels@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to help if the order has not yet been packed or handed to the carrier, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has started.

5. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered (for example, wrong product or documented manufacturing defect present on arrival), email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs. We will review each case fairly. Any resolution we offer—such as repair, replacement of the same SKU if available, or another remedy as appropriate—is at our discretion and subject to verification. This section does not create a general right of return or exchange for other reasons.

6. Care after delivery

Normal wear, tarnishing that can occur with plated jewellery over time, accidental damage, loss, unauthorised repairs, or issues caused by contact with chemicals, water, or cosmetics are not covered under this policy. Please follow our product care guidelines to enjoy your jewellery longer.
